CREATIVE CODING/INTERACTIVE INSTALLATION: Indra Davaatseren
Exploring the intimate relationship between humans and data, this piece focuses on the mass amounts of information we consume, create and affect in our lifetimes. Like an immortal digital footprint,what will happen to all the trillions of bytes we’ve touched when we pass?This installation allows users to interact with the ebb and flow of a pseudo dataverse by obscuring and revealing their faces in front of a monitor. When a face is detected, the algorithm creates a spherical vortex — sucking in all surrounding data particles.
